1. About the service
Tone Match, 07743 Jena, Germany, provides a website and an app to help users explore song-inspired guitar and bass setting suggestions for their own equipment. Contact: getwakeai@gmail.com.
These terms apply to use of our service. App Store distribution and purchases are also subject to the applicable Apple terms. The Apple Standard EULA applies to the app where a separate licence agreement has not been provided.
2. Research-based suggestions
Sound settings, original-gear information and similarity estimates are researched, AI-assisted suggestions. They can be incomplete or inaccurate and are starting points for you to try and adjust by ear. A similarity estimate is not an acoustic measurement. Results depend on your equipment, playing, room and other conditions, and an identical match to a recording is not promised.
You apply settings manually. Use your equipment safely and follow its manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Accounts and permitted use
Use accurate information for your account, keep your sign-in method secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with its security, circumvent usage limits, automate abusive requests or use it to infringe another person’s rights. We may apply reasonable limits to protect availability and prevent misuse.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Creating sounds requires a signed-in account and an active subscription. The subscription options, billing periods and prices available to you are shown in the app before purchase. Apple processes App Store purchases.
Manage, cancel or request help with an App Store subscription through your Apple Account and Apple’s applicable purchase procedures. Deleting or resetting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases using the same Apple Account used to buy it. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Your information and third-party material
You remain responsible for the information you submit and the rights needed to use it. We process your information as explained in our Privacy Policy. Artist names, song titles, artwork and equipment names identify their respective material and products. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of Tone Match.
6. Availability and changes
An internet connection is required for online search and sound creation. Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues and third-party services. We may update the app and features over time. Material changes affecting a paid service will be handled in accordance with applicable law and purchase terms.
7. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law.
8. Closing an account
You can stop using the service and request account or data deletion at getwakeai@gmail.com. We may restrict or suspend use where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, serious misuse or security risks. Any paid-service rights and applicable legal duties remain in effect as required by law.
9. Applicable law and contact
